I’m a design lead who is interested in problem spaces around enduring human needs like education, health, climate change, and the emerging uses of AI/ML. I work best on collaborative teams that appreciate initiative and resourcefulness.
At Robust Intelligence, I lead design across the entire service to eliminate AI Risk, from supply chain and pre-production ML model validation to the active protection of production models.
At One Medical I gave back time to doctors to focus on patients through ML-enhanced workflows for medical workers and office staff, streamlining work in and around our EHR. Also co-designed a new schedule experience to accommodate new automations saving hours per admin per week.
Before that, I worked on what it means to find a good dentist for you and your family, as well as helped patients understand the complications of insurance generally as well as their current benefits.
Things I Do Often for Work
Quantitative and qualitative research, journey maps and service blueprints, product management, UX design (includes discovery, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, and usability testing), UI design (including interaction design, high fidelity mockups, visual design, and speccing for collaboration with engineers).
